We work really hard to ensure that our products are delivered as advertised and up to the quality that our customers demand. However, if you receive your order and it isn’t exactly what you need, we do offer returns. We are a small business and have put in a lot of thought into a return policy that is generous to our customers.

- Returns are available within 30 days of purchase.
- Available on products in original packaging and are resalable.
- Refund eligible for product purchase price and sales tax (if applicable).
- Shipping is not eligible for refund.
- Refunds not available for gift cards.
- Complete our contact form and let us know you want to initiate a product return. Include your order number, and a list of return products if you want a partial return on your order.
- Once received, you will receive a return approval or denial within 7 business days upon receipt of your return. If your return does not meet the requirements listed above, you will be responsible for shipping costs if you want the products returned to you. If you have questions please contact us in advance.
- Once we refund your payment, please allow up to 7-10 business days for it to be processed by your bank.
